In September 2010 my friend Mark and I took our builder Gary to Zakynthos. We did
our usual tour of the local tavernas for our evening meals, but quite often went
for an "English" for our lunch in the small seaside town of Alykes. There’s a useful
little supermarket there, also an ATM and some beachside cafés. One of them has an
